Working from an external perspective, developing high trust relationships with clients, boundaries and permissions within working relationships is so important.

It is easy for an external consultant to be deemed as ‘The Police’ or be treated with suspicion by client employees – at any level. Such suspicion and resistance can be pretty quickly and relatively easily reduced or indeed removed, when the external consultant/s demonstrate a healthy, balanced level of Emotional Intelligence.
